Yes. Sign in with the same account (Google, Apple, or email) on each device and all your lessons, students, and earnings will sync automatically.
Visit tutor-plan.com/delete-user/ to permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you need to set an email password first (Account → Settings → Set Password) before using the deletion form.
Try restoring your purchase: open TutorPlan, go to Account → Settings → Restore Purchase. If the issue isn't resolved, contact us at tutorplanappteam@gmail.com with your order confirmation or Apple/Google transaction ID.
First, make sure you're running the latest version of TutorPlan from the App Store or Google Play. Then try force-quitting and reopening the app. If crashes continue, restart your device. Still happening? Send us details (device model, iOS/Android version, and what you were doing when it crashed) and we'll investigate.
Email us at tutorplanappteam@gmail.com with a description of your issue and, where relevant, your account email address. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
